Turnaround and Delivery

Turnaround times vary based on project scope. Print production and shipping timelines will be communicated clearly at checkout or during project onboarding. Jill Ross Designs is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or third-party vendors.

Design Revisions and Approvals

Design services include a specified number of revisions, which will be outlined in your project proposal or scope of work. Final approval is required before any print production begins. Once approved, Jill Ross Designs is not liable for errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the final product.

Refunds and Cancellations

Due to the custom nature of design and print work, all sales are final. Cancellations may be considered on a case-by-case basis before production has begun. Refunds will not be issued once design services have commenced or items have gone to print.

All content on this site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and designs, is the property of Jill Ross Designs and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not use or reproduce any part of this site or our materials without express written permission.
